Job Description

- Assessing background information on the client including income, credit history, debt ratios and savings

- Thorough Analysis of the business including detailed financial analysis

- Calculate the risk & negotiate terms

- Selecting appropriate and competitive premiums based on information and judgment

- Writing policies and adding specific conditions when required

- Manage the entire lending process, including the initial application review, sanctioning and disbursal/ denial of the case as per the product policy

- Approval of lending as per delegated lending authority

- Manage cordial relations with the sales, operations and collections department

- Monitor portfolio for credit quality

- Ensure meticulous compliance with the benchmark TAT, bank's internal credit policy and the regulatory guidelines

- Well versed with the implementations and comprehension of regional/ area level legal and technical processes

- Appraise Navy / NRI cases
