As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you are tasked with building great teams and a phenomenal company, you not only understand what key objectives the teams that you support. You are constantly evaluating the recruiting processes and collecting feedback from hiring teams and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and hiring teams to understand talent needs, build and drive hiring strategies.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Design and post job descriptions in Job portals & Social Media platforms.
- Own full-life cycle recruiting for open positions across functions and regions.
We'd love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition / Recruiter role.
- Hand-on experience in Non - IT recruitment (Sales/Operations/Marketing/Field BDE roles).
- Expertise in contractual bulk hiring and vendor management.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in a human resource or related field.
- Proven track record of consistency in achieving targets.
Salary offered range - 8-12 LPA
