Job Role : Company Secretary - Sr Executive / AM

Job Description:
- General Compliances
- Initiate, drive process rigor and accuracy, execute and manage compliance under Corporate &
Other Laws :
- Compliances and liaising with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, the Reserve Bank of India, and other statutory authorities
- Convening Board Meetings and General Meetings, preparing agenda and minutes.
- Implementing of Corporate Governance processes
- Adhere to all rules and regulations concerning the company practices and procedures
- Supporting compliance with all statutory requirements and working with internal and external agencies to carry out legal compliance audits
- Assisting on the issues related to document management, litigation holds, litigation strategy, and document management process improvements.
- Make requisite regulatory filings
- Playing active role in getting the requisite registration & certificates
- Preparation and maintenance of checklists, SOPs and other database pertaining to the Secretarial function of the Company
- Stakeholder Management & Liaison
- Guiding Directors & Investors on Corporate Governance
- Assist in Statutory Audit & lesioning with Auditors
- Qualification : CS , additional qualification of LLB is preferred
- Experience : 3 to 4 years post qualification, preferably from Logistic aggregator / ecomm / startup
- Skills : sound knowledge of Company Law & FEMA, thorough hands on compliances of MCA & RBI, good in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint and good drafting & communication skills
- Attributes : Self initiator, team player as well Individual contributor
