Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Developing insightful, visually compelling and engaging dashboards that support decision making

- Day to day handling with high volume databases

- Ensure data is kept up to date and is relevant all the time

- Working with multiple stakeholders in the organization, understanding their data/dashboard requirement and delivering on time.

- Maintain effective communication with teammates and managers and managers

- Demonstrate effective multi project handling skills

- Anticipate process issues and proactively escalate/suggest solutions

- Identify the training requirements for teams and organise basic analysis training

Skills & Qualifications :

- Must be curios, proactive and solution oriented approach

- Must want to tell an impactful story with analysis and smart data visualization, not just number crunch.

- Minimum Bachelor's degree

- 2+ years of experience as analyst

- Analytical & problem solving skill

- Proficient in advance excel, google sheets

- Strong presentation skill

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
