1. Develop the strategy for the Training program for new set of Educators being onboarded every month 2. Plan, schedule and execute the training program and ensure timely completion of same every month 3. Prepare, review and assess the result of evaluations for each new Educator going thru the program and design remedial plan for those failing to go thru. 4. Analyse feedback and generate deep insights into Educator Training requirements. Communicate it to the relevant business stakeholder. 5. Integrate best practices and systems into the training program. 6. Manage a team of 3-5 associates 7. Collaborate with category teams/ HR/ Marketing teams etc. to ensure seamless execution of the plan Requirements : 1. 3-5 years of experience in Training, consulting, Strategy, customer experience, team management. 2. Analytical Bend - High EQ and IQ 3. Tier 2-3 B schools - Structured thinking and approach 4. Learning - Growth Mindset 5. Aligned with Unacademy Leadership Principles 6.
