Primary Duties :
1. Prospect hunting: Generate leads for the category. reach out and establish rapport with prospective educators.
2. Pipeline management: Build a healthy lead base and ensure a steady flow of prospects.
2. Client Farming: Guiding educators with content strategy to grow important Business metrics.
3. Closing Deals: Evaluate and negotiate to onboard educators for Unacademy.
4. Proposal Drafting: Drafting proper proposals after the final negotiations.
5. Training and Guidance: Working with the associates to ensure consistency, quality, and speed of the tasks managed by the associate.
