Role : Program Management Specialist - TA
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the HR-COE to drive key organization transformation projects around ATS/ERP integration, competency framework development, interviewer training & certification and implementing a comprehensive system for cognitive, behavioral and cultural assessments in our hiring process.
- Stay on top of cutting edge tools and technologies in HR/Recruitment automation; setup demo calls, collect quotations, conduct intensive product research and build proposals for implementation.
- Project planning (costs, milestones, resources, teams) across the lifecycle and ensuring that the projects are delivered within the timelines.
- Devise key performance indicators (KPIs) for various roles within the organization; prepare goal sheets, cascade the expectations to the respective teams and facilitate performance management.
- Identify process gaps and proactively suggest measures to address them.
- Own the candidate experience for Unacademy from hire to retire.
Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience working in HR project/program delivery.
- Flair for data and HR analytics. Good Excel skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
