Responsibilities : - This person will primarily be responsible to design training programs for our sales teams to upskill and maintain the performance benchmark - Identify and assess future and current training needs and create an annual or quarterly training calendar for our sales teams - Deploy a wide variety of training methods, monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness and measure success and ROI periodically - Manage training budget and develop plans for teams to achieve said revenue targets - Identify the bottom quintile and tailor training programs as necessary - Partner with sales leaders to assess if employees demonstrate effective technical and leadership skills - Select, train and develop an internal training cadre to support the delivery of technical skills training programs for various levels of employees - Should have the ability to inspire and motivate. Must be proficient in word processing and data management Requirements : - Accomplished professional with experience of 8-12 years of leading training teams for a large employee base - Excellent understanding of the Sales Industry - Excellent communication and leadership ability - Track record in designing and executing successful training programs - Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, new Joinee Training, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc) - Good Analytical Skills - Experience in sales training is strongly desired, excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, appropriate to the level of the audience
