Roles & Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with educators.

- Analyze various project-level data and suggest inputs for improvement of educator's performance.

- Experience in working with excel and spreadsheets.

- Monitor educator's performance and ensure that their quality of performance is maintained.

- Proficient in communicating ideas effectively and managing stakeholders.

- Coordinate with multiple teams and devise effective solutions for maintaining performance standards.

Requirements : 1-3 years experience on similar role

Salary offered: 7-9LPA
