Graphy is a platform that empowers creators and educators to scale their online brand and business by launching their online courses and sell them via white-labelled websites and mobile apps.
A crucial leadership position, the Associate Director/Senior Manager, Sales is in charge of creating and implementing sales strategies that will increase revenue and help the company meet its goals. To ensure the effective execution of sales plans, the person in this position will oversee a group of sales experts and work with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
1. To find new business possibilities, analyse market trends, competition activity, and client wants before developing and implementing complete sales plans that are in line with the company's overall objectives.
2. For the sales staff, establish sales targets and KPIs, and track their progress towards these objectives.
3. Select, prepare, and onboard members of the sales team. Develop and implement sales training programs to improve the team's product knowledge and skill set. To keep the team competitive, keep up with sales strategies and industry best practices..
4. Assist in the coaching, mentoring, and leadership development of the sales team.
5. To improve individual and team performance, conduct routine performance reviews and offer feedback.
6. Ensure efficacy and efficiency of the sales operations, from lead generation through transaction closing.
7. Work together with various teams to create powerful sales collateral and advertising materials. Control revenue reporting, pipeline management, and sales forecasting. Ensure alignment and synergy across the organisation by working with other departments to prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates to top management.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline; a master's degree is desirable.
2. 7+ years of proven track record of exceeding sales goals and accelerating revenue development in B2B sales management, preferably in the SaaS sector and experience in working with social media influencers (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn etc).
3. Strong leadership qualities and the capacity to encourage and inspire a group of people.
4. Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
5. Proficiency with sales-related tools and CRM software, understanding of B2B sales tactics and white-label alliances in the SaaS industry.
6. Ability to analyse sales data and make decisions based on such analysis.
7. Demonstrated capacity to create and implement successful sales strategies.
8. Comprehensive understanding of the market, consumer trends, and industry.
9. The ability to flourish in a dynamic, quick-paced atmosphere.
