About Content Sales Team :
The Content Sales team ensures wide content distribution on the YouTube platform, day after day while onboarding top educators who help the learners crack their ambitions.
The team uses the YouTube platform to build content distribution to get learners to the structured learning platform of Unacademy. The team mainly works towards sustaining, distributing, generating revenue, improving views, and diverting traffic towards the Unacademy platform. In addition to this, the team helps in increasing general awareness of Unacademy's offerings, including free and paid products via YouTube.
Job Objective :
Manage the Content Sales Audit team, Training team and Onboarding team and work towards the development and implementation of the strategic goals of the team that aligns with the overall BU and business goals. Responsibility will include improving the quality of the content that is being provided by the Educators across all platforms and to design systems and processes in order to improve the same.
Primary Duties :
1. Communicate with Leadership to make decisions for the Audit, Training, and Onboarding team of the Content sales Business unit.
2. Set strategic goals and KPIs for the Audit, training, and Onboarding team
3. Plan, implement, and manage the overall long-term business success strategy. Provides leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company and Business Unit are put into practice.
4. Measure the effectiveness of all internal and external processes and provide timely, accurate, and complete performance and statistical insights on the operating conditions.
5. Establish and monitor the team performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, and establish priorities.
6. Mentor and develop the team members using a supportive and collaborative approach.
7. Lead the effort to develop and enhance tools and processes that will enhance the stakeholder experience and enable and create greater efficiencies
Experience :
1. 8-13 years of experience in quality, operations or customer relationship management roles preferable in a start-up environment
2. Experience in handling large teams of 100-150 employees
