Description :

This role encompasses the Growth strategy: across categories, to grow the YouTube network (online distribution network), to create the content strategy for YouTube, to create and execute channel management strategy for YouTube, to devise and plan the Educator training and Feedback mechanism in order to the widen business objectives of Unacademy - growing subscribers and views. The position also includes direct management of the team.

A Day in the life of an Associate Director - Content:

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Analyze data or insights to determine subscriber trends.

- Devise long-term content and channel management strategy for YouTube.

- Devise long-term development strategies for category growth.

- Foster trust relationships with educators and best teachers in the industry.

- Assume responsibility for budget development and revenue for the category.

- Handle and manage multiple category teams.

Requirements :

- Aligning with Leadership Principles of Unacademy.

- Looking for business development candidates with expertise in negotiations, category development and team management.

- Looking for 4+ years of experience in relevant field.

- Proven experience as category manager or similar role.

- Solid knowledge of category management, business development principles.

- Proficient in MS Office.

- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
