- Design differentiated GTM plan & ensure efficient rollout by collaborating with the Zonal brand building team to deliver our CVP.

- Proactively engage target audience and influencers to understand their evolving need and measure the impact of marketing initiatives

- Collaborating with Building Product Division (BPD) team build BPD annual marketing initiative calendar to drive penetration led growth

- Engage with internal & external stakeholders - legal, procurement, vendors, channel partners to drive marketing initiatives at speed.

- Drive multiple agency partners (creative agency, packaging design agency, digital agency) to get high quality marketing content/ collateral etc. as per timeline. Engage frequently & proactively.

- As a brand custodian, ensure consistency in branding & messaging pan India - that reflects the stature UltraTech a leader brand.

- Track competitive activity to inform the GTM strategy & design plans to maximize market impact.
