Job Purpose:-
- To generate leads for products offered by the company and to engage/execute contracts with customers as per company's business plan for LNG as a fuel to automotive, industrial & commercial segment for allocated Territory.
- To negotiate and execute contracts with customers in line with company's business policy and approved margins.
- To ensure supply to customer, on-time receivables, relations ship management with customers including and closing customer complaints within stipulated time as per SLA of the company and provide time to time inputs for any concerns and actions from competition to the line manager.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Carry out market research, identify clusters for business, engage with prospects and prepare funnel for engaging with customer and offering them proposals.
- Maintain continuous engagement with customer based on the sales pyramid and having a mix of in person meeting, VC, teleconferencing.
- Keep the business appraised of key concerns or failures to deliver the promises made to customers ahead of time so as to ensure that customer issues are resolved in time
- Segregate the market on the basis of demography , competition , customer credentials and profit hierarchy for correct recommendation to management for better decision making in acquiring the customer.
- Offer, negotiate & execute Gas Sales Agreements with customers.
Manage complete sales cycle from invoicing to collection
Desired Profile, Skills & Competencies:-
- Qualification: Graduate in Science/Engineering with PGDBM/MBA in Sales/Marketing.
- Experience: 8+ Years (with at least 5 years of Oil & Gas / Lubricants/ Power/ Energy Petrochemical Industry).
- Thorough understanding of B2B sales & marketing.
- Understanding of energy or allied markets.
- Self-starter should be able to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Strategically inclined able to conceptualize and implement key marketing initiatives.
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Strong communications skills.
- Negotiation & conflict management.
