Job Purpose:-
- To bring new customers on board as per company's business plan for LNG as a fuel to automotive, industrial & commercial segment for allocated region.
- Conceptualize stakeholder alignment and implement go to market strategy for LNG as a fuel for Automotive, Industrial & Commercial Segment.
- To work on the people strategy and build the right team / skillset required to deliver the business plan
- To manage the product lifecycle and the market competitiveness of LNG as a fuel and advise time to time maneuvering required in the sales and marketing strategy for ensuring growth
Key Responsibilities:-
1) Identifying key markets. Aligning the business propositions to customer requirement and signing long term agreement for supply of LNG as fuel to customer in the region.
Conducts market research, develops and disseminates periodical analytical reports on O&G market trends and changing market conditions, requirements and needs, and competitor activities
2) Ensuring delivery of complete sales cycle up to collection of receivables from the customers.
Negotiating Gas Sales Agreements with customers and ensuring deployment and completion of delivery of fuel through tanker at customer end by ensuing smooth transportation and logistics in the region
3) Engaging with each of the customers in the region for Relationship management and close out of any pain points / open issues with the customers in the region.
- Maintain continuous engagement with customer based on the sales pyramid and having a mix of in person meeting, VC, teleconferencing.
- Keep the business appraised of key concerns or failures to deliver the promises made to customers ahead of time so as to ensure that customer issues are resolved in time
- Review with the sales team in the region, the status of pending issues more than 15 days to resolution
4) Achieving Marketing & Sales Target as per the Company's Business Plan
- Segregate the market on the basis of demography , competition , customer credentials and profit hierarchy for correct recommendation to management for better decision making in acquiring the customer
5) Contribute to the growth engine of the company for expediting sales, for increasing the market size and to ensure a higher market share in the energy mix of the region prepare right stakeholder management approach , engage with the relevant department / decision makers including industry bodies and opinion makers on continues basis to have an inclusive development of the business in the region
Desired Profile, Skills & Competencies: -
Qualification: BE / B. Tech (Full time with MBA Marketing (Full/Part time)
Experience : 15-18 Years (Oil & Gas / CGD/Petrochemical Industry preferred)
- Thorough understanding of sales & marketing dynamics of oil & Gas Industry and consumer sentiments.
- Self-starter should be able to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Strategically inclined able to conceptualize and implement key marketing initiatives.
Leadership ability, Good Interpersonal Skills Patient Strong communications skills, Negotiation & conflict management. Etc.
