Job Purpose :
- Conceptualize, stakeholder align and implement go to market strategy for LNG as a fuel for Industrial & Medium Sized customers.
- To develop required partner network (logistic, Eng., TP),
- To work on customer strategy and build the right team / skillset.
- To manage the product P&L and product life cycle by identifying and influencing policy related opportunity and threat.
Key Responsibilities :
I) Strategy & Planning :
- Defining a vision for a product.
- Prioritizing product features and capabilities.
- Understanding and representing customer needs.
- Thinking ahead of competitor to provide solution to customers for their problems by enhancing features of our products.
- In more specifics, prepare blue print for creating business strategy to convert Industrial customers (large & SME) from their current fuel to LNG by analyzing market opportunities, working on it & implementing the same on the ground for a Pan India reach.
- Create and develop Engineering & Logistic solution for supplying LNG to such target customers,
II) Financial :
- Manage the product P&L and product life cycle by identifying and influencing policy related opportunity and threat.
III) Operational & Supply Chain :
- Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.
- Continuously aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product and reviewing change required in the strategy.
- Building tech-based logistic solution for LNG mobility across India to develop efficient supply chain model.
- Meet with sales, marketing, legal, and leadership to evaluate the viability of feature ideas.
- Risk identification and timely mitigates to avoid sinking of the product, suddenly.
- Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports to management.
- Create SOPs & Protocols for customers for smooth onboarding of customers.
- Writing/ reviewing Customer Contracts Management & Customer Onboarding.
IV) Policy & People Management :
- Policy advocacy with relevant Ministry and organizations for promoting product that aims at pollution free environment, taking thought leadership position.
- Chasing targets and continuously seeking inputs from Sales team for reviewing product positioning.
- Coordination with higher management for achieving the target
