Job Description:


- As a Marketing Manager specializing in financial services, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility and attract clients.


- Your role will involve leveraging various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, We Chat, TikTok, Snap chat, Telegram, and Pinterest, to reach our target audience effectively.


- Additionally, you will oversee activities across social and print media platforms.


Responsibilities:


1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our financial services offerings.


2. Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, WeChat, TikTok, Snap chat, Telegram, and Pinterest.


3. Create engaging content tailored to each platform to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.


4. Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with our audience to maintain a positive brand image.


5. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Compliance, to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.


6. Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.


7. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify

opportunities for improvement and innovation.


8. Oversee the production of marketing materials for print and television media platforms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and compliance standards.


9. Public Relations / Corporate Communications for all our Business verticals of ULJK Group.


10. Internal Communications.


11. Arranging zoom calls, Sending calendar invites, Introduction of internal ULJK team to clients, Maintenance of MIS.


12. Sending emails, Generate leads.


13. Calling Investors & CFO for arranging meeting between the company management and Fund houses.


14. Make presentations to investor community i.e., fund managers at institutional investors like Mutual funds, insurance companies etc., and analysts of brokerage houses.


Qualifications:


1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration.


2. Proven experience (2-4 years) in marketing roles.


3. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, We Chat, TikTok, Snap chat, Telegram, and Pinterest, and their respective advertising tools.


4. Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with a focus on digital marketing.


5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences.


6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.


7. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.


8. Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.


9. Experience in managing marketing budgets and resources effectively.
