Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Legal Manager at UK Realty in Mumbai.

- The Senior Legal Manager will be responsible for legal document preparation, legal consulting, legal compliance, and managing legal affairs on a daily basis.

- The role involves ensuring legal adherence and providing strategic legal advice to support the company's growth and community-focused initiatives.

Qualifications:

- LLB is must.

- Legal Document Preparation expertise.

- Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Compliance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Relevant legal qualifications and certifications.

- Drafting of Agreements , JVs , MOUs etc.

- Rera compliance process knowlege preferred.
