Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager Current Accounts at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank located in Nangloi.

- The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the existing portfolio of current accounts, building relationships with customers, understanding their banking needs, and providing personalized banking solutions.

- The role also involves cross-selling various banking products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualification:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Sound knowledge of banking products and services.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

- Good understanding of financial statements and credit assessment.

- Ability to work effectively in a team.

- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.

- Prior experience in the banking industry is mandatory.

- Graduate/post-graduate degree in business, finance, or related field.

- Local candidates will be preferred.
