Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role as a Cluster Sales Manager for Two Wheeler Finance.

- The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of multiple branches within a designated cluster.

- They will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Two Wheeler Finance.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and identify sales opportunities.

- Knowledge of banking products and services.

- Customer-focused with a strong sales orientation.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Fluency in English, Hindi and Bengali.
