Business/ Financials (Only Relevant roles):

- Sourcing Bulk Deposit, NTBs, Current & Saving Institutional Accounts and cross sell other FIGB products.

- Achievement of business targets of FDR, CASA, NTB and Fee Income

- Engagement with RMs, enhancement of Productivity and ensure good client services.

- Empanelment with various Government departments, schemes, PSU entities and other FIGB Clients, enhancement of exposure limits for our bank

- Building the sale funnel and monthly business projections

- Budgeting, strategies to achieve business no and get the same executed from team.

- Scoping opportunities, Identification of prospective clients

- Understanding customer requirement, pain points and competition offering and basis that designing solution or bundling products for high acceptability

Customer (Both Internal & External):

- Internal- Coordinate with RPU, Operations Risk, Treasury Manager, Regional Compliance, Regional Legal, F&A, SQ team, FIGB Team for clarification, approval of documentation, rate approval, TDS or service issues, reporting etc. for smooth flow of business by following all compliances.

- External-Senior Management like MD/CEO, Chairman, Head of Treasury and Manager Investment of various Coop Banks, NBFCs for business development, empanelment, deepening of relationship, resolving queries of client and building brand image for the bank.

Internal Process:

- Follow KYC & Compliance, collaborate with all internal stake holders like Operations, Branch Banking teams, Legal, Compliance, SQ team etc. for smooth customer service.

- Budget, planning, execution of plans and achievement of business targets

- New Initiative for Product development, enhancement of RM productivity

- Digital Initiative

- MIS & reporting

- Market updates

- Reply to Audit queries, if any

Innovation & Learning:

- Launch of innovative product, market feedback what competition in doing in market, Achieving the budget nos for region, Retain talent and maintain Low attrition, keep team Motivated and happy. Training the team and lead from front to do the business.

- Upgrade himself with all latest developments in financial market, new policies and guidelines.
