Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager located in South Delhi.

- The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing staff, building customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

- Additionally, the Branch Manager will be responsible for promoting the bank's products and services, resolving customer queries, and implementing strategies to achieve branch goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role.

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.

- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.

- Customer-focused mindset with a strong sales orientation.

- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and implement effective strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
