Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Acquisition Manager at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank in Agra.
- As an Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire new customers for the bank.
- This includes identifying potential customer segments, designing marketing campaigns, managing customer acquisition channels, and analyzing the effectiveness of acquisition initiatives.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer acquisition and marketing.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience in the banking industry is a plus.
- Graduation, MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field.
