- Currently we are operating in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & Maharashtra, with 25000 farmers in our service network. Our goal is to bring our services to 5 million farmers by 2025 with access to financial services along with our existing offerings.

About the Role:

- Ujjay is at an inflexion point and for the next phase of rapid growth, we are seeking high-energy experienced entrepreneurs/individuals to join our core team. We are looking for a director to provide sound technical leadership in Agri advisory and build the tech product from the scratch.

- You will communicate with farmers, channel partners, employees and stakeholders to ensure our company's Agri advisory platform is developed and used optimally. You will be responsible to build a team and develop a consumer facing product which will be the key aspect of our strategy and future of the company.

Responsibilities:

- Build & own a strong Agri advisory platform

- Drive user research, interrogate data and come up with hypotheses. Test these through structured experiments and incorporate the insights into the product

- Apply data science across organization to make data a core strength. This would include managing platform level, consumer level as well as company level data.

- Work with the growth team to drive cost efficient scaling up

- Be part of devising the product roadmap for the company

- Lead product management team to analyze and cull breakthrough insights that help unlock growth for our B2B2C and B2B platforms.

Requirement:

- Previous Agri-advisory domain product development experience desired

- 3 to 10 years of experience in product-based organizations

- Understand the Agriculture industry to develop innovative tech products to solve real problems

- Open for equity based compensation in the short term
