UI/UX Product Manager - BFSI - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Building UI/UX at the core of the product:

- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering ; development team.

- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

- Set the Product UX design standards and ensures solutions are easy to use and have optimal user experience in line with overall business vision.

- Work with Product Manager and Product Owners to align the roadmap to vision and continuous insights to ensure voice of the customer is heard. Constantly look for better ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution, not afraid to challenge the status quo Synthesize customer insights, research, and journeys by each team at the journey level.

- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers.

- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback

- Improve branding in digital domain and collaborate with Branding and Marketing team

- Hands-on experience with Social Media Creatives, creating social median campaigns and Basic Video editing skills is a plus and a preferred perk for the company.

- Desired to establish & execute design guidelines, best practices and standards.

- Engineering & MBA from Tier I institutes with 5-8 years of relevant experience from similar/same industry.

- Experience in UI/UX field is mandatory.
