1. Heading sales operations for all products.
2. Formulating sales strategy to become market leaders in the Edutech Industry
3. Forecasting annual budget / contribution and monitoring budget v/s actual expenses
4. Achieving short term and long term goals for bringing volumes / contribution through planned actions and results
5. Managing a team of sales people and get the best out of them.
6. Help and motivate the team to achieve their sales targets.
7. Establishing systems and procedures as per the Company's requirement
8. Recruit, Coach, Develop, motivate and performance review of the entire Sales team
