uFaber - Business Analyst

Functional Responsibilities:

- Create and Maintain infrastructure/dashboards for business process management and data mining

- Work closely working with the business, product, training and marketing teams to enable data driven decision making.

- Generate new and actionable data based insights for various business functions to work on

- Outline problems, opportunities and solutions in the revenue and cost side for various business verticals

- Managing a team of Data miners to establish reliable and agile flow of data and reports through the organization

Functional Competencies:

- Proficient in data manipulation and analysis, and able to present analysis in a manner accessible by non-statisticians through data visualization techniques.

- High proficiency in Microsoft office applications like Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

- Ability to refine business processes to drive Business Analytics and predictive applications.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

- Independent self-starter with ability to multitask and has a can-do attitude.

- Experience and established network in data-related industries and subject matter experts in analytics.

- Experience of developing training materials and conducting training is a good to have.
