Job Responsibilities:

- Primary responsibility is to be an interface between Supply and Demand teams.

- Deep understanding of the category from all supply, marketing and planning angles to ensure all fits well with Demand needs

- Formulate plans so that Demand teams are able to execute.

- Highlight to the Supply team about market realities/expectations that are shared by the Demand teams.

- Solve bottlenecks between these teams.

Candidate Profile:

- 2-5 years of experience post MBA from premier institutes will be preferred

- Candidates who have handled Trade Marketing roles will be preferred

- Individual contributor role. Analytical and high collaboration quotient is required.
