Udaan - Analyst - Corporate Strategy

About the role:

In this high impact role, you will not just be crunching enormous amounts of data to draw critical insights, but you will also think through what those insights mean for udaan, how it impacts our business and what our next plan of action should be. In this role, you will develop a 360 degree view of udaan's businesses and will be part of developing key strategies for various units within the organisation, and develop an unparalleled understanding of the inter-plays of all verticals/functions within the group

What you will be doing :

- Data analysis & insights - including modelling, scenario building, sensitivity analysis

- Secondary and primary market research with a focus on the "so-what"

- Engage with Functional stakeholders on a continual basis to deliver through the entire spectrum of the function i.e. requirement gathering, to processing of information and output analytics, Problem solve with key stakeholders as required

- Ensure data sanctity across multiple usage mediums

Must have skill sets :

- Technically Adept - Advanced Excel and SQL skills; Willingness to pick new tools/languages (ex: QGIS) which would make problem solving/analyses more efficient/insightful

- Experience in data analysis and data modelling

- Good presentation and data visualization skills - Given the Power BI migration, prior experience/know-how is a plus

- Education: Anywhere, but a mindset to figure things out and get things done is a must.

- Experience: 12+ months in Analyst/Similar roles (in/outside udaan, prior data analysis experience is a must)
