We are looking for someone like that who can :

- Turn data into an asset across the organization

- Collaborate across business units, providing thought leadership and driving day-to-day implementation of the analytics strategy

- Advise on potential analytical approaches to business needs, including associated costs and trade-offs, and recommendations

- Design, coordinate, and implement analytical business and technology solutions to support innovation initiatives

- Stay on top of current business and industry trends

- Facilitate the prioritization and remediation of key data issues impacting IMO and Group Finance with the data steward

- Working cross functionally across control functions and IT to identify the source of data quality issues and likely resolutions

- Be responsible for escalation of data quality issues with upstream data producers to enable remediation of issues at source

- Raise data quality issues via the DQIM process and working closely with the Data Governance Office to facilitate strategic remediation of issues

- Work with the Data Management Office to understand the current state control assessment captured in the Group Data Dictionary

- Manage the monthly manual impact assessment of data quality issues

- Manage consolidation of data attestation outputs from different sources into a single data attestation report at month end

- Ensure operating procedures are maintained and approved

- Agree adjustment methodology with Finance stakeholders for interim remediation of data quality issues

- Be responsible for approving the reference data adjustments posted by the data attestation analysts

- Provide assistance on ad-hoc requirements

Your team :

- You'll be working in Regulatory Calculations Controlling Services in Integrated Middle office Financial Controlling under Group Finance.

Your experience and skills :

You have :

- Working knowledge of front to back processes associated with the control environment across Operations & Finance

- Basic knowledge of Financial and Regulatory Requirements - notes & disclosures, capital, and liquidity metrics

- Basic Knowledge of equity and fixed income products

- An ability to analyse large volumes of data and navigate complex data flows

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Business Objects, SQL
