Your role :
Are you trustworthy in driving the business forward, always putting integrity first? Are you driven by the desire to deliver exceptional client service? We are looking for someone like that who can:
- Lead the monitoring and clean-up of UBS's global portfolio of vendor contracts, ensure identification and elimination of contracts no longer in use or subject to approved exceptions from the contract management, and identify further opportunities for contract consolidation.
- Confirm the assignment of contract managers to all active contracts and lead joiner/mover/leaver process for contract managers globally.
- Monitor attendance of the mandatory web-based contract manager training and lead regular update of training content taking into account new requirements as well as process changes.
- Ensure communication with the global community of 1'400 contract managers across UBS group, including the preparation of meeting materials, update of email notifications, the maintenance of standard documents and templates, and the administration of web communication channels.
- Lead process for maintenance and risk controls of contract-related IT network connections.
Your team :
- You- ll be working in the Group Sourcing team. Group Sourcing (GS) is Corporate Center function created to support UBS with its third party vendor sourcing strategies as well as to manage the services provided by our near- and offshore delivery centers (UBS Business Solution Center, Outsourcing Delivery Centers., etc.).
- The Group Category, Vendor and Procurement Services function is embedded within GS and mainly responsible for providing three governance services: Category Management, Vendor and Contract Management and Procurement Services
Your experience and skills:
You have :
- 9+ years of line and/or project management experience, including 3+ years of experience in leading team for delivering operational processes similar to vendor/contract management
- Experience in designing and regular production of process performance reports/dashboards
- Expertise in monitoring regular operations of processes and raising red flags as applicable
- Continuously improved your processes and ensured alignment with the overarching processes
- Ensured process is adequately documented and periodically reviewed to maintain compliance with applicable policies
- Experience in designing and hosting webpage on intranet, giving insights of your process
- Experience in managing senior stakeholders and associated conflicts
- Strong analytical, communication, problem solving and change management skills
- Willingness to work in an international environment and travel internationally (up to 10%)
- Fluency in English both oral and written - other relevant languages an advantage
- A good eye for detail and take ownership of work results
- Post-graduation in business administration management will be added advantage
