- The company was formed in 2006 - completing 19 years providing cloud-based solutions in India and international markets.

- We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager for our solution, Outreach Enterprise.

Job Summary.

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales team to join our sales and Marketing team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound sales leads, and helping to drive revenue growth through proactive sales strategies.

- As an Inside Sales Representative, you will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure successful sales efforts and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:.

- Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and other lead generation tactics.

Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:.

- Conduct virtual or phone-based sales presentations to prospective customers, clearly articulating product benefits and solutions.

Manage Sales Pipeline:.

- Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress tracking using CRM software.

Customer Relationship Management:.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to drive customer retention and satisfaction.

Sales Target Achievement:.

- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Collaboration:.

- Work closely with the sales team and other departments (marketing, product, ) to ensure alignment on strategies and initiatives.

Sales Reporting:.

- Provide regular updates on sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status to the Sales Manager.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:.

- Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive products to effectively position and sell our solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

- 5+ years of inside IT software product sales preferably in [preferably in the salesforce automation industry, DMS, Delivery applications ].

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.

- Sales Skills: Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing, with a proven track record of sales achievements.
