U2opia Mobile - Product Manager - UIX/UX - IIT/NIT/BITS

Sr. Product Manager to lead the following functions:

1. New Initiatives - features and technologies

2. Competitor research & strategy development

3. UI/UX - Design and Development

4. Maintaining & Enhancing Core Product

a. Algorithms - for matching and discovery of users

b. Notifications and emails with personalized timings and content

c. Payment Gateway Integrations & performance optimizations

5. Third Party SDK Management

6. International Growth & Market opportunity research

7. Transitioning Woo from Android/iOS to Android/iOS/mWeb leadership

The key objectives of this role will be to constantly improve retention (more matches!) and conversion (more happy paid customers!).

The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in the following:

1. Agile Methodology - creating and leading disciplined processes for regular shipping of features and enhancements

2. Familiar and comfortable with tracking tools such as Jira/Trello etc.

3. Familiar and comfortable with analytics packages such a Firebase, Mixpanel, UxCam, GA etc.

4. Product Management - developing detailed user stories that are dev executable

5. User survey design and feedback channeling into design execution

8. Ability to understand data, draw insights, verify using customer surveys and to evangelize end to end change across internal stakeholders - marketing, engineering and operations.

9. Experience of building, marketing & monetization via PWA will be a plus.
