Responsibilities:
- Enhance brand reputation with our consumers and all other relevant stakeholders and influencers
- Being on the pulse of current social, cultural trends and events and weaving U2opia's presence into them
- Spearhead user engagement efforts and acquisition
- Developing strategies for the brand(s) in alignment with overall marketing plans.
- Understanding & defining the brand identity & aligning all the brand plans with stake holders
- Coordinating with advertising agencies and research agencies, to develop suitable brand initiatives to position the brand(s) in keeping with the above identity.
- Planning digital, social, and on-ground campaigns to deliver the required value proposition.
- Overseeing Annual plans, marketing spends budgets on brands.
- Ensuring that the top-line & bottom-line objectives of the brand are strictly met.
- Explore and Identify Strategic opportunities to cross promote the brand
- Sustain the operations by identifying new business, marketing opportunities and generating revenue
- Build properties, PR and activation plans

- Ability to work independently without a team
- People who have 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing.
- Brilliant communication skills in English- written, spoken and interpersonal
- Strong and active presence on online social platforms
- Being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing targets
- Well organized, efficient at multi-tasking, not afraid to work long hours
- Ambitious and looking to innovate to create impact.
- Is resourceful and mindful of efficiencies - Try to get the most bang for the buck.
- Able to work with diverse set of people & build relationships.
