Requirements :

- 4+ years' experience managing key accounts and/or agency partners

- Experience working at a reputable publisher network or ad-tech business with great first-hand knowledge of game marketing business.

- Strong ability to prospect, source proactive leads, drive and influence conversations with media agencies and marketing decision-makers at brands, selling, monitoring, negotiation, closing, and reporting skills.

- Ambitious, Desire to work in a passionate and fast-evolving game marketing business

- Black book of client contacts in Media Agencies and Brand Advertisers - demonstrable networking within major local advertising & media agencies.

- Experience as proven strategic advisor working with C-Level clients

- Experience building and managing a book of business, sales pipeline, proposal development, and/or clients

- Experience managing and selling large client deals and governance

- Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities independently

- Track record of reaching and exceeding business targets

- Knowledge and established relationships within a specific region and/or the display advertising (interactive marketing) industry.

Preferred qualifications :

- Knowledge and established relationships within a specific region and/or the display advertising (interactive marketing) industry.

- MBA graduate with digital advertising and brand solutions experience is preferred.

You will also work with the Sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. You will help teams deliver on targets and partner directly with clients to exceed business growth targets across North India in gaming vertical.

- Candidates will demonstrate revenue and demand generation abilities, strategic partnership approaches, deep relationship building capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
