About the Role:- As the
Head of Marketing at Tyroo - Adtech for Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate Tyroo's brand, drive lead generation, and foster customer loyalty. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with experience in strategic brand management, lead generation, and marketing operations, particularly within the adtech, digital media, IT/tech services, and enterprise product/service sectors.
- The Role requires strategic ownership of the brand and working for success of Partner brands in the markets we operate with them.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Brand Management:- Develop and implement long-term brand strategies to establish and enhance Tyroo's market position.
- Engage with industry analysts and thought leaders, such as Forrester, to leverage insights and elevate Tyroo's brand perception.
- Lead initiatives for brand equity research and market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee the creation of high-impact brand campaigns and strategic partnerships to drive brand growth and reputation.
- Ensure alignment of brand strategy with business objectives and market opportunities.
2. Top of Funnel (TOFU) - Lead Generation:- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and increase Tyroo's brand awareness.
- Create engaging content and intellectual property to attract and capture the attention of potential customers, including strategic partners, publishers, brands, and agencies.
- Utilize channels such as social media, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising to reach target audiences.
- Implement lead capture mechanisms and optimize processes to drive conversions.
3. Middle of Funnel (MOFU) - Brand Solutions :- Develop brand positioning and messaging strategies to differentiate Tyroo from competitors.
- Create compelling brand stories and narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Implement brand activation campaigns, events, roundtables, and initiatives to increase brand engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touch points.
4. Bottom of Funnel (BOFU) - Pre-sales Activities:- Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Create targeted marketing materials and sales enablement resources such as case studies, pitch decks, and partnership narratives to support the sales team.
- Utilize email marketing, retargeting campaigns, and personalized messaging to drive conversions.
- Analyze customer behavior and engagement data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
5. Post-Sales Activities:- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Create post-sales marketing campaigns and initiatives to encourage long-term retention.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights and improve the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with Sales & Delivery teams to address customer concerns and issues effectively.
6. Marketing Operations:- Manage marketing budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
- Implement marketing automation tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and optimization efforts to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
7. Team Leadership and Development:- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the marketing team.
- Develop talent through training, coaching, and career development opportunities.
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration and alignment with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications:- 12+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in strategic brand management, lead generation, and marketing operations.
- Experience managing teams of 5 or more members.
- Exposure to USA, Europe, and APAC markets.
- Experience in partnering on $100 Million+ Digital Business
- Strong competencies in strategic marketing, sales focus, results orientation, and high commitment.
- Excellent people management, leadership skills, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in adtech, digital media, IT/tech services, and enterprise product/service sectors is highly desirable.
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership and the ability to do more with less.
- Openness to Frequently Travel across the region for managing Multi Market - Field/Partner Marketing Teams.
- Honest, reliable, and committed to achieving organisational goals.
