Role Title : Regional Operations Manager - Mumbai & Bangalore

Location : Bangalore

About the Role :


- We are looking for a mature and dynamic problem solver, to take charge of our Bangalore and Mumbai Business operations.


- The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on ambiguity and is able to deliver growth & profitability for the firm.


- The role will have an impact on the P&L and will require someone with a level head to lead the teams to achieve the vision of the company

- To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience managing the operation of a sizable region while taking accountability for reaching targets

Job Responsibility :


- You will be a core team member of the Sales & Marketing function; be primarily involved in P&L achievement and strategy development


- Responsible for achieving the Revenue & Profit targets of the region at a rate and margin consistent with the company's business plan.


- Project management - coordinating with multiple internal & external stakeholders, vendors, agencies to ensure timely delivery of each tasks as desired with required output


- Overseeing daily operations, managing regional teams, and setting performance objectives.


- Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations for all categories to be efficient and cost-effective.


- Coach and develop direct reports; recruiting, training, and supporting city managers + crew + call center agents & conducting regular performance appraisals. Implement performance plans according to company protocol.

- Lead New businesses introduction from scratch to expand the service and product offering for the firm and introduce new revenue generating lines of businesses


- Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, sales analysis, operations report etc to streamline operations & achieve desired results

- Ensuring a Healthy Supplier Network with tyre, battery, alloy, more suppliers and dealers for ready availability of stock at minimum prices to increase margins. Ability to scale the network to other categories basis the business plan

- Ensure call center operation run smoothly on a day to day basis

- Build a strong team and the leadership to prepare the company for next growth story

- To plan & execute strategies as decided by the board and the core team

Desired Qualifications :


- You should also be able to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set revenue & profitable goals.


- Our ideal candidate should have an excellent communication skills, project management skills, execution skills along with a strategic mindset


- 4+ years of operational experience preferably in a fast paced eCommerce/ internet in the Automotive Industry. Past Experience of On-Ground Sales is MANDATORY


- Prefer Masters degree in sales/operations or similar from a Tier 1/2 Institute.


- Strong knowledge of sales process excellence, project management and operations excellence


- Extremely hands-on approach & willingness to travel- 50% of the month - Outstanding communication & people management and interpersonal abilities
