Key Accounts Manager - Payments
About Employer :
- Identify, create prospects and on-board rewards issuers in banking, fintech, travel, loyalty solution providers and channel loyalty etc.
1. New partnerships :
- Identify, create prospects and on-board rewards issuers in banking, fintech, travel, loyalty solution providers and channel loyalty etc.
- Understand the prospect's program level and financial key objectives and accordingly build partnership use-cases by leveraging the twid network.
- Commercial negotiations, development and delivery of the complete project plan to take Rewards Issuer go-live, followed by monitoring partnership objectives.
- Build relationships with key decision making stakeholders within each of our targeted prospects including senior business leaders in bank products, loyalty, marketing, technology including C-Suite prospects in each of those disciplines
- Using knowledge gained through prospect discussions & high level loyalty industry understanding, recommend appropriate enhancements to our service offerings, work with the product owners to ensure what we learn is mapped to our product development pipeline
2. Business Growth :
- Managing growth and identifying opportunities with existing partners and also working with internal cross functional team to build new solutions according to opportunity.
- Solutioning with leading existing and new issuers in bank, loyalty, marketing companies from design to execute new products, campaigns from end to end.
- Own the growth numbers with creative solutions, campaigning.
- Provide regular reporting in the success measures of the business and makes on-going recommendations for new/changes
- Act as a role model by creating an agile, change-adept culture, responding resourcefully to new demands, priorities, challenges or obstacles
Requirement :
- You have an MBA from a premium institute and have at least 5-8 years of relevant business experience working with Payments, Loyalty, banking or financial institutions.
- Relevant experience involves - payment partnerships, loyalty, rewards, fintech experience in managing banking, fintech and related partners.
