Responsibilities:- Lead key Accounts management and outreach activities with top merchants
- Interact regularly with merchants and build a strong lasting relationship, drive improvements to the merchant's usage of Pay with Rewards and drive adoption of new features that help merchants.
- Work as a single point of contact between merchant & TWID to understand the merchant's requirement and offer solutions within the deadline
- Analyze sales data, curate solutions to fill the gaps & amp up the sales to achieve the goals/targets set for the brand/category of brands.
- Brainstorm creative strategies for accounts, and execute on those strategies in conjunction with other team members and company goals
- Prepare and execute a planning calendar for each season, month, promotions and mailer campaigns.
- Manage P&L and teams of Key Account Managers for growth initiatives
- Managing campaigns across multiple cohorts
- Working closely with partners to drive growth & positive unit economics.
- Driving customer acquisition campaigns on platforms of payment partners.
- Ideating, developing and executing unique partner marketing initiatives
- Defines framework to Analyze, Plan and Govern Key Accounts in a structured way.
What are we looking for?- Hardworking with strong work ethics
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Accounts Management, Payment partnership or Growth role
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Prior experience in Payment , FinTech, E-commerce and Consumer Tech industry preferred
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
