Role and Responsibilities:
- Understand gift cards/vouchers proposition and be able to articulate their functions and benefits to customers- Identify valuable corporate customers, convince and onboard them by imparting detailed knowledge of processes and commercials
- Meet and review targets set by the management, Manage existing relationships with corporate customers to identify their future requirements and acquire repeated business on a regular basis
- Handhold customers through the transaction process and provide support in case of any issues/escalations
- Stay up to date with company's products, services and schemes and simultaneously monitor activities, products and services of competitors
- Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers
Requirements for the role:
- Candidate should have 2+ years of enterprise sales experience (business development and key account management background in Rewards management, Loyalty management or B2B industry is preferred)
- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction
- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business "by the numbers", must be metrics-driven- Excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment- Proactive and able to work independently with the ability to work remotely and under pressure
