- 10+ years of experience with a thorough knowledge in Business Development and has handled large revenue in warehousing.

- Meeting the new business and booking targets for the company by giving them firsthand solutions.

- Ensure developing SOW for the new customer in consultation with solutions team.

- Formulate and execute market-focused strategies for the regions to establish a strong position for TVS SCS and new capabilities to be offered in the coming year.

- Develop Business Proposals for Consumer Product & Retail clients as per the requirement of the customers.

- Identify relevant and potential geographies to expand business.

- Build good customer relationship management by regularly engaging with the customers.

- Ensure monthly/quarterly KPI review meetings are conducted with the customer and actions are taken on areas of improvement.

- Keep abreast of information on competitors offering services to our customers in the same geography.

- Preparing revenue budget and ensure strict adherence in achieving top line targets.

- Oversee smooth flow of receivables and ensure outstanding collection is within the agreed credit period with all new business customers for the first two billing cycle.

- Motivate and lead the large team of Sales and assuring better performance and individual growth.

- Ensuring critical data is backed up, adhere to ISMS policies and procedures, Protection of laptop from damages/viruses, maintaining password confidentiality.
