The BDM - Sales at TVS Next is responsible for generating leads and opportunities with ISv's & Enterprises clients. You will work closely with TVS Next Partner(s) and Director(s) to convert leads to opportunities and engagements. You will be expected to carry a sales/revenue target. You shall be able to bring extensive network in North American regions and ability to leverage his connections in the corporate world.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in a reputed IT firm or a management consulting firm or specialty practice related to the outsourcing industry
- Passion to drive, meet executives and highly networked individual
- Willing to carry revenue target. Enjoy sales and lead generation
- Understanding of IT consulting, sourcing advisory and vendor management functions
- Good and deep understanding of technology industry. Ability to generate meaningful conversations with the clients. Should be up to date with latest happenings in technology, sourcing advisory and vendor management
- An understanding of needs of ISV / Enterprise clients for IT and other support function
- Experience in conducting sales on transformation aspects including shared services, operational improvement and outsourcing/offshoring
- Business development and sales experience including prospecting, lead qualification, proposal writing, sales calls and sales support
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms to all levels of management including senior leaders
