Job Description:


- Internal controllers role is to ensure the efciency and protability of operations, the reliability of information, and adhering to rules and regulations. Internal control is a part of day-to-day management and company administration.


- An essential part of internal control and risk management is the Internal Audit, which operates as a separate key function and reports its observations to the Group CFO.


- The Internal audit Lead needs to supports the Group's management in directing operations by inspecting and evaluating the efciency of business operations, risk management and internal control, and by producing information and recommendations to enhance efciency.


- The Internal Audit Lead also needs to inspect the processes of business operations and nancial reporting and guide the development of business operations.


- Leading role in the integration of new business units into the centralized financial reporting system.


- Preparation of comprehensive MIS comprising of Internal audit control and risk analysis information to top management.


- Complexity of the job ( if any) (hierarchy, spread, geography, and budget)


- Responsible for the implementation of internal control in regard to nancial reporting, the Finance

and Control Department is responsible for the Group's financial reporting. Determines the control measures applied to the nancial reporting process. These control measures include various guidelines, process descriptions, reconciliations and analyses used for ensuring the validity of the information used in the reporting and the validity of the reporting itself


Stakeholders to be handled:


- CFO, Business Leaders, Internal stakeholders & customers


Direct reports: Group CFO.


Qualifications and Experience:


- CA- MBA Business Finance


Skills required:


1. Responsible for the implementation of internal control in regard to nancial reporting of internal control in regard to nancial reporting.


2. Setting the control measure to apply to the nancial reporting process. These control measures include various guidelines, process descriptions, reconciliations and analyses


3. Strong Analytical, Problem solving, Working under pressure, Adaptable to new concerns and changing environments and team handling skills.
