Job overview :
- We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist with 5-6 years of experience to help shape and execute our marketing strategy. You will play a key role in promoting our products and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving customer engagement.
- The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, creative, and have a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.. Key Responsibilities:. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, content marketing, etc.).
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to create targeted campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing efforts with business goals. Manage the company's digital presence, including website updates and social media platforms.
- Oversee content creation (blog posts, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies) to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Coordinate and manage events, webinars, or trade shows, from planning to execution.
- Develop and manage budgets for various marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and in teams. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with marketing automation tools. Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Suite, Canva). Experience with lead generation and conversion strategies. Understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
- Experience in Middle East & South East Asia Market will be preferred.
