- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
- Report on HR performance(updates, open items and issues) in weekly and monthly meetings with the management
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
- Implement latest HCM solutions based on firm needs
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Recommend and implement ways/initiatives to improve our employer brand
- Coordinate with functional members and management to forecast future hiring needs
- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform team members about changes in regulations
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
- Ensure Administration of office facilities, climate and employee welfare initiatives are designed and undertaken
- Help in management of events for the firm and team
