- Managing CMDs Priorities and ensuring it is aligned to firm priorities

- Working with cross functional teams to deliver on Business Planning initiatives and their successful completion

- Working with CMD to schedule and complete key talent acquisitions

- Working with the team to deliver on projects of firm level importance

- Managing and delivering events for firm

- Structuring and managing team strategy meets (Agenda, Perp and Flow)

- Helping in execution of strategic initiatives undertaken by CMD's office
