- Liaise between clients, internal teams and distributors to act as the Single Point of Contact to deliver solutions to our clients.
- Maintain strong, lasting and trustworthy relations
- Will involve handling calls, emails and chats
- Assist with resolution of client queries
- End to end management of the fund raise process for the funds raised by the IM.
- Following up after meetings on diligences as well as data requirements
- Managing regular communications with clients and their teams
- Ensuring time bound outflow of information to clients by coordinating with the internal team
- Conducting events/expert talks on topics of interest for team and clients
- Process Management of the Co-investment Process across investments
- Managing media relations and conceiving and developing avenues for showcasing the fund and the team
- Managing all client related events including Annual Client Conference and other events
- Maintaining dashboards and providing updates to management basis OKRs and their achievement on weekly and quarterly basis
