- Leading the deal execution under the directions of Investment Team Seniors with responsibility of evaluation, analysis, diligence process, transaction documents, sector assessment, preparation of IC collaterals etc.

- Supporting idea based sourcing and regular interaction with intermediaries. To support the investment team with the sector research to source deals. Leading preliminary evaluation and scanning

- Support the team on strategising and implementing exits through IPOs, Strategic sale etc. with objective of value maximisation

- Support the Operating Partner by regular interaction with portfolio companies, analysis of their performance, driving review meetings; MIS reports etc.

- Building connects with Experts, Advisors and Mentors to help the team as well as portfolio entities

- Mentoring Analysts
