SALES -&nbsp; 1. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas 2. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) 3. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits 4. Support the Brand Solutions SPOC in ensuring all deliverables communicated by the client is delivered in a timely manner 5. Preparation of client presentations as per the requirements of their supervisors 6. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT 1. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters 2. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors 3. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives 4. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders 5. Identify and grow opportunities within region 6. Monitor the regularly review the client on the latest updates in the project and obtain necessary approval at each stage 7. Ensure adherence to delivery timelines as communicated by the account management lead, by providing regular updates to all necessary stakeholders, communicate any new developments or changes in a timely manner 8. Provide creative inputs to team leads and clients as and when required 9. Have a problem solving approach to ensure quick resolution of any issues the creative team or the client might have, escalate the issue to supervisors in case of no resolution Candidate well versed with Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam languages will be added advantage.
