Job Description:

- Driving the growth of company's business model; execute sales strategies against corporate goals and objectives, and develop and scale up new business and customer bases.

- Directing the business development and sales effort, monitoring the results, quantifying the successes and shortfalls, adjusting as needed, and contributing the baseline strategies employed and fostering the strategies to be employed.

- Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training and managing all marketing functions to achieve the company objective of sales, growth, profits and visibility while ensuring a consistent marketing message and positioning consistent with the corporate direction.

- Direct the development and management of all marketing and communications programs for customers, delivered through a variety of vehicles, including print materials, electronic materials including websites, sales support materials, tradeshow materials, presentations for special events, etc

- Involve in marketing to develop sales such as identifying and developing new markets, new sales & marketing promotions and incentive for distributors, marketing communications, marketing materials, Launching new product and monitoring its performance.

- Conducting Business opportunity meetings and trainings to support distributors to build their business

- Travel as and when required across India for marketing campaigns/events

- Researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products, customer needs and insights

- Overseeing sales operations, encompassing sales team management, market/ competition analysis, with key focus on ROI.

- Involving in Strategic Marketing activities for market expansion, creating brand pull, implementation of campaign.

- Implement Cost effective operation through planning, budgeting, supporting accounts, recruitments, implementing and up keeping organization policy

- Team recruitment and development at regional level and involve in setting up office and channel development.

- Review, train, support, develop and motivate distribution team for best performance

Qualifications:

- MBA in Marketing

- 10 Years plus of business development, marketing, and/or sales experience in Consumer Durables of FMCG Industry/Direct Selling Company

Key Skills:

- Possess strong analytical/ leadership & organizational abilities combined with skills to plan & implement novel ideas, and Proven abilities in accelerating sales growth, generating new business.

Salary range - 8-12 LPA
